- 2 / 5By Jon WPublix is an awesome grocery store. I generally love their customer service skills and the way they present themselves as a business in general. BUT, this store didn't seem to get the training that the other stores present effortlessly. I go frequently to buy their fried chicken, and it's not uncommon to wait there for about 3-5 minutes just to be acknowledged. Also, they frequently disregard clear requests. This store needs to get their act together.April 18, 2017
